All sales are final.

Due to the nature of original artwork, limited edition prints, and commissioned pieces, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Original paintings
  • Limited edition prints
  • Commissioned artwork

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging and the artwork

We will review the issue and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or resolution.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers once the order has been handed over. However, we will assist where possible in filing claims with the carrier.
